not that you can see,
but more that i can feel.
when i started trying to lose weight and eat healthier and exercise, if i missed a day of exercise i wouldn’t really care. if i ate something, or binged, i would be disappointed but i wouldn’t stop myself.
now if i don’t exercise one day, i feel so lazy! i feel so gross.
and i am starting to drink so much water and stop binging.
